At 8 years old I started playing ice hockey. I didn't stop until I was 19.
Then I discovered kinesiology. I went deep. Studied it — and I'm still living it every single day.
At the same time I got into martial arts. Another obsession. Another way to push my body further.

How it works?
After completing your payment, you will receive a link in your email. By clicking it, you’ll be taken to a questionnaire page. You will need to answer the questions prepared by our physiotherapist and submit your responses to us.
Once we receive your answers, we will analyze them and create a detailed workout plan tailored specifically to you.
This plan will include exact training sessions and exercises that you will follow during each workout.
Every exercise will also come with a video demonstration, so you can clearly understand how to perform each movement correctly.
The plan consists of 12 workouts. You will complete these 12 sessions over one month. In the following month, you will repeat the same workouts, with slight adjustments to the number of reps.
We will also provide all the necessary guidance on how to progressively increase the intensity as your body gets stronger.
All you need to do is follow the plan and watch how your body transforms — burning fat, gaining strength, and improving flexibility.

How long is the plan and how many workouts per week?
